Ive been looking, but I am a little nervous about just picking someone out of the yellow pages. I would feel more comfortable with a good recomendation.Permanent Makeup- Does any one know of a place that does permanent make up ?
Go to a high quality beauty salon! My Mom (this sounds weird because she's my Mom, but oh well) got her eyeliner tattooed on, and she went to a nice beauty salon, and hers looks great. All I can say, is get a professional. If you include what city you live in, I can give you some recommendations.
