Are there any side effects on having permanent make up?

you know like the tatoo-like lip liner and the eye brow appliccation that last really long and is water and soap proof,does it have any side effects,is it only for middle aged women,how long does it last.


i crave to have my lips permanently lined and my eyebrows done too but i don't know if its ok....Are there any side effects on having permanent make up?
I know several women who had it done, and they wish they hadn't done it. One lady where I work has been doing her brows for years, and it was done in such a way that she always has a surprised look on her face; it's pretty funny, actually. The lip lining tat looks downright nasty. Lip liner is supposed to match the lipstick you are wearing.Are there any side effects on having permanent make up?
I wouldn't recommend it.


Getting your brows or lips tattooed ties you to a certain shape or colour for a long time.


For example if you have dark hair now and get your brows tattooed to match if you want to goa fair bit lighter your brows will no longer match, and if you already have fair hair and get the brows filled in if you go darker your skin may look sallow and washed out because your brows are no longer prominent in comparison to your hair colour.


Also lip lineing may restrict you to a certain colour lipstick, I'd hate that as one colour defiantly will not always go with everything you wear, not to mention from day to night.


Or how about when you want to do the natural effortless look? you wont be able to because your lip liner will be in the way.





This is just me I am a big advocate for doing what feels right for you, so I say have a good think about it and if you still feel its something you want go for it :)
If you're talking tattoo then it will NEVER come off. It's not a good idea, many people get their eyebrows tattooed to look thicker and it ends up look strange.


What if you ever wanted to change the color lipstick you wear? The lip line would be a different color, it would look odd. But if that's what you want just consider all the effects a tattoo can cause, infections etc

i got my eyeliner done like 3 years ago and its coming off but thats cos i didnt want it to last a long time.


um... no there arent any side effects and... no its not only for middle aged peeps.


i was 16 when i got my liner done. so its not FOREVER. its just for a while. a very long while. if you want it gopher it.
