i have naturally blonde hair, semi-tan skin, and light brown eyes (like a dark amber color) and i use brown eyeliner on my top lid and a little on the bottom, and this dusty charcoal/greyish color (lighter is always better when it comes to darker colors) and then either dark brown or black mascara. it makes your eyes really pop! or if you want a more inosent cutie look try a light coral color with gold it will also make your eyes pop but not as much... they're both SuPeR cute!
To look natural: a golden-brown eye shadow, skin color eye liner, and sheer light pink lip gloss





To look pretty :Light pink shadow and, eye liner a little bit darker than your skin tone and a pretty colored pink lip gloss or lip stick





To look sassy or hot: Olive green, burgundy, eggplant purple or reddish shadow, black eye liner, and a dark burgundy color lip gloss or lip stick
Wash all that junk off of your face and get a little bit of sun. It will be more healthy and you and others can see just how beautiful you really are.
I have medium skin and brown eyes/hair...I use this brown metallic eyeshadow by micabella, you can apply it light to dark, either way it looks great, and I use brown/black mascara, dont use black cause it looks funny with brown eyes, and brown eyeliner which I smudge a little for a smokey look on my bottom lid.
i too have brown eyes and i wear browns and purples.. not anything on the light side though..i also wear brown liners and black liners, browns and black mascara..
Don't use brown. Use like a off goldish, a little darker than your skin color.
