Eye and Cheek make up tips!?

Ok, so i have brown, almond shape, deep-set eyes. which i was wondering what colours i can do to make them ';pop'; and also how i should put on my make up. also i have, i guess you would say flat cheeks. i need some way to also make them stick out more.

4 brown eyes id go 4 a purple shade to make em'


''pop'; dark at the bottom medium in the middle and light on top.Also some eye shadow packs give u good tips on how to put it on.
Smile when putting blusher on and use lilac/purple for eyeshadow with eyeliner and alot of mascara!
