Any tips on simple, eye make- up, just eyeliner?

i dont want to wear eye shadow, nor mascara coz i dont like it, but i quite like eyeliner. I want my eyes to look nice, not to over the top but just nice.

eyeliner does make your eyes stand out quite a lot :) it outlines the whole of your eye and if you get a black pencil eye liner (rimmel are really good) and a black liquid eyeliner from wherever then they will work good together. apply the pencil eyeliner on your lower lid from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of your eye; on both eyes and put liquid eyeliner on your top lid (be careful - it can get a bit messy!) and it should really make your eyes look different. i don't know why you don't like mascara... it's amazing! it makes your lashes look 10x longer and really works well with eyeliner to make your eyes stand out! :D id try both; you mines well :)
I would actually go for a gel eyeliner, you can get a nice cheap version from Sleek in Superdrug or Bobbi Brown does some nice ones. It's not as harsh as a liquid yet more n depth than some pencils. I find it much easier (plus it lasts a while!). Depends on your hair colour but I'd avoid a harsh black line and go for brown, blue, green or smokey dark grey.
i would recommend just a simple black pencil eyeliner. this might however look a little strange without mascara, unless you have naturally well defined, dark eyelashes.


so maybe try a brown or light blue eyeliner. sounds a little strange, but give it a go! you just need to experiment and see what suits you.
if you want your eyes to look fierce, but not too fierce, put it un the lip of your eyelid, all the way around. then just along your lash-line. draw it past the outside corner of your eye, toward your temple. only a little bit out. it will create the illusion your wearing mascara, while widening your eyes a bit! with blue eyes try using a green on top and blue/purple on bottom.
to make your eyes stand out you could use a black eyeliner simply all round your eyes, this makes your eyes look bigger and prettier,

Buy a bronze eyeliner because it really makes blue eyes pop. I just bought Wet n Wild Bronzed eyeliner for like $2 and it's amazing!! Not so great for lining under your eyes cause it smudges but for the top lining it's great.
Burn your eyeliner with a lighter or something before applying it and it will stay on longer.


Adding eyeliner beneath your bottom lashes will make your eyes appear bigger.


Liquid eyeliner is best for outlining the top eye lid.
get a good liquid eyeliner preferbaly black and slowly go over the top of your eyelid from the coner to the end and on the botton put the liquid eyeliner inside not outside the lid :) this will bring out your eyes =]
Blend either brown or black eyeliner to the outer corners or your eyes.


But don't apply it to the inside lids, your eyes will only look smaller.
