I think the best way to wear make up for blue eyes, is to use browns, topes, beiges, or golds. Using brown eyeshadow started above the lash lines with a darkish brown, and getting lighter shades as you go up and just a shimmery gold right under your eyebrows. This will make you eyes appear to be bigger, and brown is the perfect color for blue eyes. Also, you shoud not use black mascara or eyeliner because it will make your eyes look beadier, and smaller. Using brown eyeliner on the bottom lid right above the lashes will look great. and Use brown mascara applying it on both the top and bottom lashes, to make the bottom ones look thicker. That's just what I would do(:Eye make-up tips..help?
First off, look very closely at your eyes and look for flecks of color. Use eyeshadows that are the same color as the flecks. Colors such as orange or bronze contrast blue eyes, so try those colors as well. Also, use a brown eyeliner on your top lid and on the outer edges of your lower lids. Don't forget a lengthening and thickening mascara. Only use it on your upper lashes though. Finally, use a facial highlighter and apply it to the inside corners of your eyes, under your eyebrows, and your cheekbones. The highlighter will reflect light, bringing attention to your eyes.
ok, since you have blue eyes, get a BLUE KOHL pencil eye liner (not liquid) and apply it inside youre eyes just before your eyelashes from the inside. and use a bronzer blusher on your cheeks. (daytime)

light nightime makeup (same thing but use black mascara)

smokey: wana go smokey, still keep the blue kohl inside, dark black mascara, and use this time black eyeliner around your lids (thinnest line you can draw) mix black and reddish brown shadow in a small brush and brush it around your top eye lid.

tip: dont use dark lip color whith smokey eyemakep.

good luck,
The dark gray smoky look will be great. Use a thicker blending blush for the lid and a smaller one for under the eye. Take a light black(or black) just use a thin amount and blend it on ur lid with the thicker brush, and then smooth it in your crease. Use a bit of brown after and just blend it till it's light and smoky. add a pale silver shimmer color for under the brow bone to highlight it.Then smoke it out under the eye as well, add the same shadow, perhaps a bit darker. Put some black eyeliner in ur water line and some mascara and ur set. Go for a natural lip color, because it will keep the attention on those baby blues. Gray and black always bring out blue.
okay eye make-up----

number one key is eyeliner!

be sure to apply only on bottom eye lid above the eye lashes

there is a perfect little edge there that it goes great on!

then put on mascara!

usually black or brown is best for a natural look.

eye shadow is not a key item but if you really want to make your eyes detailed put i light color nothing to extreme

good luck!
The thing I do is apply eyeliner darkly but not too thickly. Then, apply some eye shadow, preferably matching with your outfit, on your eyelids. It'll look good, I do it all the time. It'll look great. You'll eyes will stand out more and you'll look a bit more mature. Have fun!
try dark eyeliner and a light shimmery eyeshadow.. since your using heavy eye makeup, only put a clear lip gloss. :)
I love thick black/smokey eyes
